Microsoft Teams is 1.2 GB

Yesterday, I had to install Microsoft Teams to participate in a webinar, because their website was malfunctioning. While cleaning up after it, I noticed Teams is 1.2 GB ginormous1, and removing it does not uninstall Microsoft Auto Update. There is no quality assurance, as in customer protection, for software like this, but there really should be.

To remove the Microsoft Auto Updater, you’ll need to navigate to your Mac’s general-but-not-system-library folder. Its in …/Application Support/Microsoft and in …/PrivilegedHelperTools.
